Payment Policy:
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to lock in the date of service.
The balance payment is due two weeks before the event date.
If the service date is within two weeks at the time of the service request, the full amount will be due upon receiving the invoice.
In the event of a natural disaster, such as a state emergency or any other uncontrollable natural disaster, the non-refundable deposit may be refunded, or the event may be rescheduled based on availability.

1. Cancellation Terms:
   If the event is canceled for reasons other than a natural disaster, the deposit will not be refunded.
   If the event is canceled due to a natural disaster, such as a state emergency or any other uncontrollable natural disaster, we will collaborate with the client to reschedule the event or refund the deposit.
